BISHOP ORDINATION--Bishop-elect Stika's installation as third bishop of the Diocese of Knoxville is scheduled for Thursday,March 19, 2009 at 2:30 PM, at the Knoxville Convention Center. Our new Bishop-elect is very hopeful that our Catholic schools will be represented on this day. Home and School has graciously offered to pay for the buses; the only expense to the students will be food. The students will be required to bring a sack lunch to eat in the classrooms before we depart and money for a fast food meal on the return home. We have reserved two buses, and they will arrive at 11:00; we plan on departing by 11:15.
