SCHOOL OFFICE SUMMER HOURS
July: Wednesdays, 9:00 to 2:00
August 3 - 7: Monday through Friday, 8:00 to 3:00

SUMMER AR TESTING - held in the computer lab
Wednesday, July 29, 5:00 to 7:00 P.M. (this has been changed from July 22)
Also during registration, Thursday, August 6, 7:30 to noon

The school supply lists and AR summer reading lists are posted on our website under the heading "Summer 2009". The 2009-2010 school year calendar is also on our website under "School Information".

2009-2010 Registration packets were mailed to those families who have pre-registered. The packet includes a cover letter with instructions regarding the updating or completion of forms, as well as information about ParentsWeb, our new internet grade reporting and communication site (it will replace "Edline"). Parents/Guardians, you will bring the updated/completed registration forms to Registration Day, Thursday, August 6, 2009, to the OLPH gym between 7:30 am and noon. Your child/ren does/do not need to be present on Registration Day, but are welcome to come with you. If you will be out of town on that day the forms may be mailed to the school office or brought to the office during the regular scheduled hours (see hours above). If you have further questions regarding registration please contact Hannah Jones at olphschooloffice@catholicweb.com. If you have questions regarding ParentsWeb, Teresa Hale will be available at registration to answer your questions.


OLPH School is accepting applications for students in grades Kindergarten through 8th. If you are interested in receiving an application package, please contact Teresa Hennen, Director of Admissions/Tuition at 423-622-1481, or email Teresahennen@catholicweb.com

CONGRATULATIONS to Mia Bertani (rising 4th grader) and Emma Booker (rising 1st grader) for their recent participation in the Reading Rainbow Young Writers and Illustrators contest. Mia placed 2nd in the 3rd grade division; Emma placed 3rd in the Kindergarten division.Good work, girls!!
