OLPH SCHOOL SUMMER OFFICE HOURS
- JULY 26 (WEEK OF): The office will be open Monday through Friday, from 9:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M.
- AUGUST 2 (WEEK OF): The office will be open Monday from 1:00 to 3:00, and Tuesday through Friday, from 9:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M.
Registration Day information
- Registration for students enrolled at OLPH School will take place Thursday, August 5th, from 7:30 A.M. to Noon, in the school gym. Registration packets were mailed to parents on July 21. The packet includes the school handbook/calendar, as well as several forms which need to be turned in on Registration Day. If you have not received your packet by July 28, please contact Hannah Jones at 423-622-1481, or olphschooloffice@catholicweb.com
- Sports physicals will be given by Dr. Tom Lundquist from 7:30 A.M. to 10:00 A.M. for students in grades 6th through 8th who anticipate participating in a sport at OLPH School (cheerleading, football, cross country, volleyball, soccer, basketball, track, tennis, golf, baseball, and softball). 5th graders who may be playing basketball, soccer, or cross country may also have a physical. The cost of the physical is $10.00, which is a donation to the OLPH Athletic Booster Club. More detailed information was sent out to OLPH School parents via email.

SUMMER Acclerated Reader (AR) TESTING DATES:
- Summer AR testing will be held on the following remaining Wednesdays, from 4:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M., in the school computer lab: July 28. The last day for Summer AR testing is Registration Day, Thursday, August 5, from 7:30 A.M. to Noon. AR summer information is on our website, www.myolph.com, under the heading of "Summer Information."

St. Cecilia's Closet will be open for a back-to-school sale
Please donate any gently used uniforms to St. Cecilia's Closet. The Closet has been a blessing for our families, as well as our school. Donation receipts are available in the school office. The Creative Arts Guild will be opening St. Cecilia's Closet on Registration Day for a uniform sale.OLPH School is accepting applications for the 2010/2011 school year-- Please contact Teresa Hennen, Director of Admissions at 423-622-1481 or email Teresahennen@catholicweb.com if you would like to schedule a tour or receive an Application Packet.
