by August 1, please contact Hannah Jones at the school office. 423-622-1481.
Parents/Guardians will fill out the necessary information and bring it to OLPH

"Registration Day." Registration will take place in the gym

unable to attend Registration Day, the information may be returned to the

are welcome to attend, but it is not required.
Also taking place at that time are sports physicals. Dr. Tom Lundquist and Dr. Phuong-Lynh Ta (Jensen)

·
Ram Run
2012--We're gearing up for this year's Ram run on October 13. As you know,
this is the school's biggest fundraiser,
and last year we raised close to $9,000. This year we're hoping to exceed
$10,000, but we need your help! If you own a business or work for a company
that might be interested in being a sponsor this year, please email Dawn McAbee
at dvscavett@yahoo.com for details on
how to participate.
·
Food
allergies--We have several students with food allergies, and some with
severe peanut/tree nut allergies. We ask that no nut products be brought in to
school for treats in the classrooms. We prefer no food with nuts or nut
by-products be brought for lunch. However, if they are, students will be
sitting at a designated table for these lunches. This enables us to monitor
easily and make sure those students and tables are completely clean from
peanuts and residue after lunch.
·
St.
Cecilia's Closet--A donation bin/basket is in Holy Family Hall for families
to drop off gently used OLPH School uniforms. St. Cecilia's Closet is open when the school office is open (see
schedule above).
·
Applications
for the 2012-2013 School Year--OLPH School is accepting applications for
the upcoming 2012-2013 school year for students in grades PreK (4 year old)
through 8th. OLPH School has been educating students since 1937. We
believe in educating minds, enlightening souls, and strengthening bodies. For
additional information or please contact Teresa Hennen, Director of Admissions
