Virtue for the Month of December:
"Generosity" is the virtue of giving and sharing what we have and who
we are to benefit others. When we are
generous we place the best of our qualities, talents, and possessions at their
service.
Please use extra caution and drive slowly in the parking lots,
especially at the archway. Let's keep
our kids safe! Thank you, Fr. Jim.

The OLPH Football team
will be representing MAKUS (www.makus.info) at the Ooltewah/Collegedale Christmas parade this Sunday,
December 1st. This is the 9th consecutive
year the football players have undertaken this worthwhile service
project. The primary message of MAKUS is to encourage seat belt
usage. MAKUS began after an unbuckled Michael Appleby was killed in
an automobile accident. Michael was very special to OLPH and OLPH
Football. Michael’s accident occurred just 5 months after he was
awarded team MVP at the OLPH Football awards dinner. Come out and
cheer on the team this Sunday at the parade. Parade
begins at 3pm. (www.spiritofchristmastn.com).
