Virtue for the Month of November:
"Gratitude", is the virtue that leads us to take note of the gifts
that we receive each day, value the generosity of the giver, respond to these
gifts, take advantage of them, develop them, and place them at the service of
others.
Please use extra caution and drive slowly in the parking lots,
especially at the archway. Let's keep
our kids safe! Thank you, Fr. Jim.
The lost and found is full of hoodies, sweaters and lunch boxes,
please come by to see if anything belongs to your child.

The Home and School Meeting
originally planned for October 9th has been rescheduled for Wednesday, November
13th, at 6:00 P.M. in the gym.
The class with the most parental attendance will win a pizza party. Our guest speaker will be Scott Baker, the
FBI Coordinator for the Knoxville Division of Crimes Against Children. He will be speaking on internet safety. As you know, our children are very smart when
it comes to computers, but we, as parents, need to make sure they are
safe. This is an informational session
for adults only. Children who come that evening should be taken to the
cafeteria, where the 8th grade students and adult chaperones will be
entertaining and supervising them. Pizza
will be provided and donations for the 8th grade trip are gladly
accepted for this service.
Scrip Sunday Sales will be available
after the Masses on November 16-17.
Please consider placing an order (using a form in the back of the
church) or purchasing gift cards from inventory from this ongoing fundraiser
for OLPH School.
