Here are the details:
Date/Time: Sunday, November 15th from 12pm - 4pm
Where: Pin Strikes at 6241 Perimeter Drive (off Lee Hwy near interstate)
Cost: $15/person which includes 2 games of bowling plus shoe rental
FYI - The cost for these vouchers is the normal weekend cost to bowl minus sales tax - so you are getting about a 10% discount plus OLPH will get 50% of all money collected.
Who: Anyone - whether you come with your friends, family, co-workers, etc - anyone can purchase a voucher with proceeds benefitting OLPH
Why: 50% of all proceeds will go directly to OLPH!
What if we can't bowl on this day? The vouchers will be good for any day from today until May 1, 2016.  Yes, you can start bowling this weekend!  Even if you can join us on November 15th, you can still buy additional vouchers for a future visit - maybe over the Thanksgiving or Christmas holidays.
How do you get vouchers for this event? You can purchase them now through Cissy West in the office OR you can purchase them at Pin Strikes on November 15th from 12pm - 4pm.
Do you take checks or credit cards? Yes, if you pre-purchase these vouchers through the office, you can make a check out to OLPH School or pay by credit card (3% processing fee); however, if you show up the day of the event, you will need cash.  There is an ATM inside the building.
So start making plans now to join us on Sunday, November 15th!  This will be a fun way to get to know other OLPH families better and to spend time with those you already know!  We hope to see you there!
7.      OLPH School will be participating in the 17th Annual Hamilton Place Santa Arrival Parade on Saturday, November 7, 2015. The parade begins at 11 AM, but participants will need to arrive earlier. Get your friends, team or class together and join in the fun! We need lots of students with lots of school (and holiday) spirit and some parents to help as well. Get additional details on where to meet and sign up by clicking on the link: http://vols.pt/LuwEqN
